These Terms of Service govern access to steelhorseconstruction.com and any service requests submitted through it. By browsing the site, submitting a request, or engaging Steel Horse Construction for work, a person agrees to be bound by the terms set out on this page. If any term is not acceptable, the site and its services should not be used. Steel Horse Construction may update these terms at any time; continued use of the site or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the bottom of this page reflects when terms were last changed.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of NV, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or from services provided by Steel Horse Construction that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the appropriate state or federal court located in NV. Both parties consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. The prevailing party in any such action may seek recovery of reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Limitation of liability
Steel Horse Construction’s total liability to any customer, for any claim arising out of or related to services performed or the use of this website, is limited to the amount actually paid by that customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Under no circumstances will Steel Horse Construction be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including but not limited to lost profits, property damage unrelated to the work performed, or loss of data — even if Steel Horse Construction has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow certain limitations on implied warranties or damages, so specific terms may vary where prohibited by law.
Scheduling and cancellations
Steel Horse Construction asks that customers provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling a confirmed appointment. This allows the time slot to be offered to other customers and helps the company operate efficiently.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or where the technician arrives and is unable to access the property or complete the work due to circumstances within the customer’s control, may be subject to a late-cancellation or trip fee. Any such fee will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking or, where applicable, before a return visit is scheduled. Steel Horse Construction reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other operational needs, and will notify customers as promptly as possible when that occurs.
Acceptable use of this website
steelhorseconstruction.com is provided for the purpose of learning about Steel Horse Construction’s services and submitting legitimate service inquiries. Users agree not to:
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from the site.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent service requests.
- Interfere with or disrupt the site’s functionality, servers, or connected networks.

Steel Horse Construction provides professional home-service work in Sunrise Manor, NV and the surrounding areas. All services are subject to current availability, and the scope of any job is subject to an on-site or remote assessment by a qualified professional before work begins.
Some jobs coordinated through steelhorseconstruction.com may be carried out by independent trade professionals or partner contractors who work in conjunction with Steel Horse Construction. When that is the case, Steel Horse Construction takes reasonable steps to ensure those professionals meet applicable quality and licensing standards. Customers by accepting these terms acknowledge that fulfillment of a service request may involve such partner professionals rather than direct employees of Steel Horse Construction.
Workmanship and parts warranty
Steel Horse Construction stands behind the quality of its work. Specific workmanship warranty terms — including duration and what is covered — are provided to the customer at the time of service, either verbally, in writing, or within any invoice or service agreement issued for that job. Customers should retain those documents as their record of warranty coverage.
Parts, materials, and equipment installed by Steel Horse Construction may carry manufacturer warranties. Those warranties are governed entirely by the terms set by each manufacturer and are separate from any workmanship guarantee offered by Steel Horse Construction. Steel Horse Construction will, on request, assist customers in understanding the process for pursuing a manufacturer warranty claim, but bears no responsibility for manufacturer warranty decisions or outcomes.
